Clarification on the Ongoing Leadership Dispute within NNPP Bauchi State.
Following the restraining order issued by the High Court halting the operations of the interim leadership committee recently announced for Bauchi State highcourt, we acted swiftly to secure and protect the party’s office and assets.
However, in a surprising move, instead of waiting for the final Judgment from the High Court, the unemployed characters of SENATOR RABIU MUSA faction proceeded to a Shari'a Court at Tashan Babiye, involving the DPO of the jurisdiction.
They obtained an order directing the DPO to break into our party office and conduct an inventory of the contents.
In response, we immediately secured the office by locking it and initiating a *judicial intervention to stop senator KWANKWASO and his unemployed characters against this move, which we consider a breach of due legal process.
We want to make it clear: we are not out for conflict. Our only concern is the progress, unity, and legal protection of the NNPP in Bauchi State.
This attempt to bypass the High Court judgement in favor of a lower Shari'a Court is a clear indication of desperation and disregard for the rule of law.
It's trite to note that senator Rabiu musa and Elder Buba Galadima should respect themselves and learn to obey the constitutional provisions of our country, it is indeed surprising and embarrassing that senator KWANKWASO can be using two hands struggling against what does not belong to him, honestly senator Rabiu musa KWANKWASO and Elder Buba Galadima have become a shame to the northern region of Nigeria, regret that he has avoidably destroyed his political carrier in Nigeria where no body can trust him any longer
