HOUSING COMMISSIONER CONDOLES GOV, FAMILY, KANO PEOPLE
The Honourable Commissioner for Housing Development, Arc Ibrahim Yakubu Adamu wishes to extend his heartfelt condolence to the families, Kano state Governor Alh.Abba Kabir Yusuf, and indeed the entire people of Kano State over the death of two members of the State House of Assembly who died yesterday, Wednesday, December 24th, 2025.
The Commissioner said he received the news of passing away of the legislators Hon. Sarki Aliyu Daneji member representing Kano Municipal and Hon.Aminu Sa'ad member representing Ungogo with great shock and total submission to the will of Almighty Allah.
The Commissioner expressed that the sudden death of the two law makers was "devastating and heartbroken," saying that the state has lost its illustrious sons who did the state proud while discharging their duties.
According to him, "Hon. Sarki Aliyu Daneji and Hon. Aminu Sa’ad were respected voices in the State Assembly whose contributions to lawmaking, community advocacy, and democratic governance will be remembered."
Arc. Yakubu added that "their unwavering commitment, courage, and selfless service as well as dedication to the welfare of their people will remain in the memory of people they represented."
The Honourable Commissioner, therefore, extends his heartfelt condolences to His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kano State, the leadership and members of the Kano State House of Assembly, the families of the deceased lawmakers, as well as the entire good people of Kano State.
He prayed Almighty Allah to grant the souls of the deceased an eternal rest and give their families the fortitude to bear the loss.
