Kano Education Commissioner Mourns Death of Two Kano Assembly Members, Aminu Sa’ad Ungogo and Sarki Aliyu Daneji
The Honourable Commissioner of Education, Kano State, Gwani Dr Ali Haruna Abubakar Makoda has received with deep sorrow the news of the sad demise of two Honourable Members of the Kano State House of Assembly, Aminu Sa'ad Ungogo, member representing Ungogo Local Government Area and Sarki Aliyu Daneji, member representing Kano Municipal Local Government Area.
On behalf of the Kano State Ministry of Education and in his personal capacity, the Honourable Commissioner extends heartfelt condolences to His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kano State, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, the leadership and members of the Kano State House of Assembly, the families of the deceased, the people of their respective constituencies, and the entire people of Kano State over this great and irreparable loss.
The late Honourable Members were dedicated legislators who served their constituencies and Kano State with commitment, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility. Their contributions to governance and legislative processes, including support for policies aimed at strengthening education and human capital development, will be fondly remembered.
The Honourable Commissioner particularly sympathizes with the people of their constituencies for the loss of their representatives and shares in the grief of all Kano citizens at this difficult moment.
He prays that Almighty Allah (SWT) forgives their shortcomings, rewards their good deeds, and grants them Aljannatul Firdaus. He also prays for Allah’s comfort, strength, and fortitude for their families, colleagues, constituents, and the government and people of Kano State to bear this painful loss.
