Comrade Ibrahim Abdullahi Waiya has successfully completed his Viva Voce for the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Degree in International Relations at Skyline University Nigeria.
The Viva Voce was held on Monday, 21st September 2026, marking another significant milestone in his academic journey and professional development.
Following the successful completion of the Viva Voce, the Press and the general public are kindly advised that Comrade Ibrahim Abdullahi Waiya may now be appropriately addressed as “Dr. Ibrahim Abdullahi Waiya” in all media reports, publications, interviews, and other public coverage, subject to the university's formal conferment/award procedures.
