K.L.G,Information Officers Forum Commend Government for Capacity-Building Seminar on Healthy Eating

The Chairman of the Forum, Comrade Jamilu Mustapha Yakasai, noted that the seminar has empowered the officers with vital knowledge which they are committed to disseminating across grassroots communities.
He emphasized that the officers are now better equipped to promote healthy dietary practices and contribute to reducing the prevalence of diet-related non-communicable diseases across the state.
He further urged all information officers to intensify efforts in mobilizing rural dwellers and raising awareness on the importance of healthy eating habits.
The Forum also extended special appreciation to the Honourable Commissioner for Information and Internal Affairs, Comrade Ibrahim Abdullahi Waiya, for his unwavering commitment to enhancing the knowledge and capacity of information officers—not only in health-related matters but also in various fields crucial to public enlightenment and government policy dissemination.
